GABO:mi's services during the Reporting to the European Commission

As your project management partner, we take over the coordination of the entire Reporting. We create reports according to the guidelines of the European Commission (EC) and guarantee a timely submission of the reports.

Timely submission of the reports

At the start of the Reporting, we create a so-called "Roadmap", which shows every partner by when he needs to deliver what. We work according to this Roadmap and in that way guarantee that all reports are handed in at the European Commission on time.

We have structured the Reporting in a way that every partner knows exactly, what he has to report on at what time and in what form. The complex Reporting process is broken into small steps. Every partner - scientist or post award – receives specially designed templates with clear instructions.

We centrally collect the contributions of all partners and out of all contributions, we create all reports.

Communication during the Reporting

As a central contact point, we know the contact persons for any scientific tasks as well as for financial matters in any institution. We exactly know who can provide which contributions to the Report. We directly talk to the responsible people and interact in the respective working groups if necessary.

Scrutiny of the Report

We check the reports according to the guidelines of the EC. We know the guidelines in detail.

Quality check (Total Quality Management)

We check the quality of the reports considering content as well as language. In doing so, we have high demands. The next financing of the European Commission is only secured by an excellent report.

Helpdesk

We are the central contact point for any questions that may arise during or after the Reporting.

Submission of the reports via ECAS (European Commission Authentication System)

All reports have to be submitted via ECAS, the online tool of the EC. We take over this task centrally for all partners, thus ensuring that nothing is forgotten.

Interactions between the European Commission and the partners

Being the link between the European Commission and the partners, we also accompany the following checking procedure of the Report. We coordinate the responses to the questions of the Commission, and ensure a smooth and fast approval of the reports.
